1. High processing accuracy and stable quality
Through CNC system control, the processing accuracy generally reaches 0.005~0.01mm, and the software can be used to compensate for mechanical errors (such as backlash and pitch error) to achieve repeated positioning with higher accuracy than the machine tool itself (error as low as 0.001mm). The automatic processing process avoids human errors and ensures the quality consistency of batch parts.

2. Strong adaptability and flexible production
When changing the processing object, you only need to modify the program without changing the hardware tooling. It is particularly suitable for the production needs of single pieces, small batches and complex special-shaped parts (such as curved surfaces and threads). Automated continuous processing reduces auxiliary time (such as tool change and clamping), and the spindle speed and feed speed range are large (up to 100m/min). Combined with strong cutting ability, the efficiency can reach 2~3 times that of ordinary lathes. The turning center can also realize multi-process integrated processing and reduce turnover links.
