I. Basic precautions for safe operation
1. When entering the workshop for internship, you must wear work clothes, tie the cuffs tightly, and tie the shirt into the pants. Female students must wear safety helmets and put their braids into the helmets. You are not allowed to wear sandals, slippers, high heels, vests, skirts, or scarves to enter the workshop. Note: It is not allowed to operate the machine tool with gloves;
2. Be careful not to move or damage the warning signs installed on the machine tool;
3. Be careful not to place obstacles around the machine tool, and the working space should be large enough;
4. If a certain work requires two or more people to complete it together, they should pay attention to mutual coordination;
5. It is not allowed to use compressed air to clean the machine tool, electrical cabinet and NC unit;
6. Internship should be carried out on designated machine tools and computers. Without permission, other machine tools, tools or electrical switches must not be moved.
II. Preparation before work
1. Before operation, you must be familiar with the general performance, structure, transmission principle and control procedure of the CNC milling machine, and master the functions and operating procedures of each operating button and indicator light. Do not operate or adjust the machine tool before understanding the entire operation process.
2. Before starting the machine tool, check whether the machine tool electrical control system is normal, whether the lubrication system is unobstructed, whether the oil quality is good, and add enough lubricating oil according to the requirements, whether the operating handles are correct, whether the workpiece, fixture and tool are firmly clamped, check whether the coolant is sufficient, and then drive slowly and idle for 3 to 5 minutes, check whether the transmission parts are normal, and only use it normally after confirming that there is no fault.
3. After the program is debugged, it must be operated according to the steps with the consent of the instructor, and skipping steps is not allowed. Without the permission of the instructor, unauthorized operation or illegal operation will be treated as zero points. Those who cause accidents will be punished according to relevant regulations and compensate for the corresponding losses.
4. Before processing parts, it is necessary to strictly check whether the machine tool origin and tool data are normal and perform simulation operation without cutting trajectory.
